We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

  • Both opened and unopened products may be returned

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
